Nacap Support B.V. is part of the NACAP Group, a world wide operating company specialized in the pipe layer business used for transport of oil, gas and water. Nacap Support is responsible for the availability and mainenance of the heavy equipment. Nacap support also produces portals which are used for signing above motorways.                                                   

At Nacap support a serious backlog arised in the overall finance area resulting in unreliable financial figures and an unworkable personnel situation at the finance department. Intervention has been made by dismissing the Financial manager. The finance team has been retrained, the back log has been absorbed and a good work sphere has been created. After the successful “implementation” a new financial manager is hired.
