Rotero is a formula house in the real estate business. They run several (franchise) formulas. For their formula Hypodomus, which has 30 shops in ownership the administrative organization needed to be set and the financial results of 2009 to be finalized. A monthly closing cycle was to be set up. For the Meeus formula, which was bought from Aegon, the finance transition needed to be led and a new finance organization including reporting and finance software needed to be set.
